Expert in Drupal 10 Front-End Development (online training)

Tutors and students will be able to communicate freely through the forums (publicly for the whole group), or the internal mail (privately, only for the indicated recipients) enabled for each course. By default, a duplicate of these communications will be sent to the external e-mail address provided by the student.

Students in the same group will be able to contact each other and share their experiences and results with the proposed activities and materials.

The classroom is distributed as follows:

• Guide Forum. Only tutors can post in this forum, and it will serve to communicate to the whole group general questions about the course or other issues they consider of interest.
• Activities Forum. This forum is used exclusively for questions about activities. Each activity has a thread already created in which students can answer with their questions.
• Open Forum. Both tutors and students can post in this forum, and it will be used to discuss other issues outside the course activities.
• Internal Mail. This allows you to send messages to colleagues in the course, both teachers and students.
• Participants. A list of course participants, including teachers and students.
• News. This block will display the latest posts added by tutors in the Guide Forum.
• Online users. Displays a list of participants who are currently online.
• Ranking. Shows a list with the best scores of the users currently enrolled in the course. It also shows the student's score and overall position.
• Profile. Allows you to manage your profile: change the access password, modify personal data, change your photo, etc.
• Grades. Allows you to consult the grades obtained.

The maximum score that can be obtained in the course is 1000 points, and it is necessary to complete at least 800 to pass it and obtain the certificate.

The points are distributed as follows:

• Activities (70%). Each unit will have 1 or more activities. The activities can have a variable score depending on the estimated effort required. Maximum: 700 points.

  Assessment: Activities are not graded with an intermediate score. If the activity sent is not correct, it will be returned to the student with the necessary indications to solve the errors and send it again. The student can send an activity as many times as he/she wishes, without penalty in the final grade. Once the activity is validated, the student will get the maximum score.

• Continuous Assessment Tests (CATs) (10%). Each CAT consists of a set of activities that serve as a review and reinforcement of what was studied in previous units. Each CAT activity is evaluated independently. The total points of each CAT are 50 points. During the course, 2 CATs will be carried out. Maximum: 100 points.

  Assessment: The final score of each CAT depends on the score obtained in the activities that compose it. The activities are not scored with an intermediate score. As with the general activities, the student can submit an activity as many times as he/she wishes, without penalty in the final grade.

• Final Project of each Expert course (20%). The final project is a open project that will be previously validated by the tutor. Maximum: 200 points.

  The Final Project consists of two parts:

  • Phase 1. Analysis and planning. Maximum: 50 points
  • Phase 2. Development. Maximum: 150 points

  Assessment: At the end of each phase, the tutor will evaluate the work done and issue a grade. If the student does not obtain the maximum grade, he/she will receive the necessary feedback to make the necessary corrections or additions. The student can resubmit the project for a new evaluation.

Forcontu has an Activity Self-Correction System that automatically evaluates each activity, providing at the time of submission the rating and feedback on the successes and errors made if any. Since the self-correction is done at the programming level, it is possible that a small deviation in the solution will cause the system to consider an apparently correct activity invalid. If the student considers that the self-correction is not validating the activity correctly, he/she can send it to the tutor for manual correction.
