Hi,

Among the content management systems, Drupal has always been the CMS of reference for me, you can practically make a fully functional website without programming a single line of code. Its learning curve is somewhat longer than that of its main rival, Wordpress, but once overcome, the benefits are much greater, creating robust and maintainable sites.

Although I have been working with Drupal for a long time, since version 6 in a self-taught and professional way. This course has helped me to review some concepts and learn many new ones, including modules and functions that I did not know.

I liked the clarity of the explanations of the quite extensive manual, with lots of images and examples. The tutor Fran, always there to answer your questions and help you, and the practical nature of the course.

My goal is to deepen in the programming part and in the Front, which is the one I have less developed.

Participating in a Drupal course has been both a challenging and enriching experience. Although I was already somewhat familiar with the CMS, especially in customization tasks such as the forcontu_bootstrap theme, the course allowed me to delve deeper into aspects that I had previously only touched on superficially. From modular architecture to the entity and view system, each module of the course has been an opportunity to better understand how Drupal works “inside.”

I found the... [read more]

My experience with the Drupal 10 back-end course

In summary, it has been a course where it has been possible to see in an orderly and logical way each of the parts necessary to learn everything related to application development in Drupal from the point of view of Back-end in Drupal 10. The theoretical part that comes in the book or PDF of the course is excellently explained and includes many exercises to test everything learned in each of the course units.

The tutor, Fran Gil, responds quickly. It is a highly recommended and... [read more]

This course was both very interesting and very challenging for me. The course has a "vertical approach", it shows every argument in deep and then goes to another argument.

It forced me to have an attitude of patience and perseverance.

The final part was very difficult for me and I was closed to giving up. Furthermore for personal reasons I could only dedicate the week-end to the course.

However Fran was very patient with me and I finally succeeded.

I started with no... [read more]

The training has been a pleasant experience that has allowed me to learn about and delve deeper into this technology in a practical and applied way. During the course, I have been able to face different challenges that have helped me consolidate knowledge and skills that are very useful for my professional development.

The module that took me the longest was Back-End, and it was undoubtedly the most challenging, as it put me in complex situations that required structured solutions and... [read more]

The good thing about this course is that it's not just boring theory, but they let you play around with real things: setting up themes, configuring modules, breaking them, and fixing them again. I liked that it focuses on what you'll actually encounter at work, not just decorative stuff. I finished with the feeling that I have much more control over Drupal. Plus, the explanations are clear, to the point, and you always have examples to practice with. The assignments help a lot because they... [read more]

Wow, what an intensive journey!  Completing the Drupal Back-End Development course definitely took persistence, and I’ll admit there were moments when I wondered if I’d make it through.

A huge thanks to Fran for the guidance, encouragement, and support throughout this process—it truly made all the difference.

You won't regret it

With more than five years of experience working with Drupal, the Drupal 10 Back-End Development manual has allowed me to organize and deepen the knowledge I had previously acquired in a more practical and scattered way. Many of the features I already used in my daily work took on new meaning when I studied them from a theoretical basis and applied them in the proposed activities. This helped me reinforce fundamentals, discover details I had overlooked, and, above all, better understand... [read more]

My experience in the Drupal 10 Master

The experience of learning Drupal 10 with these courses has been intense, but very enriching. The practical exercises, although challenging, have forced me to face real problems and think of complete solutions, integrating Front-End, Back-End, and Site Building.

At first, some sections seemed complex to me, especially custom module programming and advanced entity management, but with patience and practice, I have managed to understand how everything fits together in a real project.... [read more]

More geared toward programmers than designers

FORCONTU's Expert in Drupal 10 Front-End course is very comprehensive but is aimed more at programmers than designers. For me, as programming is very difficult, I found it very hard to complete. There are numerous exercises, which means you learn a lot, but you also have to invest a lot of time in tasks that are not going to be part of any real project, although there is also a final activity where you can develop one. You have to be patient because the Drupal manager will give you a lot of... [read more]

I found it to be a very comprehensive course, with some sections being quite challenging, but it provides a broad level of knowledge and a fairly in-depth understanding of the subject matter.

I started taking these courses because of a requirement at work, but they are sparking my desire to work with this technology. I am increasingly eager to start completing personal and work projects, applying everything I have learned in real and challenging situations.

If you are a junior,... [read more]
