 My Master Drupal 8 Experience

28 May, 2021 Hello everyone, my name is Rafael Sayago, I am about to finish the training of the Frontend module and with it and a little more than a year of training, finish the course on Site Building and Backend for the Master of Drupal 8. My experience has been very satisfactory in all aspects, first of all for the knowledge acquired, that although I came from working with previous versions, for the new Drupal 8 paradiga and later versions I see the need for training as it is a fairly radical change. On the other hand, I think the design of the Master is excellent in relation to the learning curve of this CMS, as it begins with the consolidation of basic concepts and gradually takes you to more complicated situations where you find yourself with a background of adequate knowledge to be able to solve them. I would also like to make special mention to the magnificent tutoring of the course, in this sense you are always supported by the tutors with any questions you may have about the course or even with guidance towards related technologies. In tandem with the tutoring, the forums of each activity are a good source to solve doubts, since in them you can drink from the solutions of other colleagues to common problems. In short, I would not only recommend this master to anyone who wants to start or deepen in the Drupal world, but I see it as an essential training to be able to face the day to day work with this wonderful tool and the love/hate vehicle that creates you :). |

14 December, 2025 This course has helped me develop new skills in my work and has taught me a great deal. The tutor was perfect, correcting and answering questions on weekends and holidays. The only thing that surprised me was that there were no video conference tutorials, as I think there was a bit of a lack of human contact, but it wasn't really necessary as the course, being done this way, gave me complete freedom to go at my own pace. It is very well explained and structured, easy to understand, and includes very educational and illustrative examples. If I had to find a fault, I would say that it could be a little more up to date, as some topics use versions of libraries and frameworks that are now deprecated or no longer in use.
