Mi ciber-mascota Drupal 7.

06 Junio, 2015 Cuando descubrí a Drupal 7, no sabia que tipo de ciber-mascota era, me pareció encantador y pensé que seria rápido de educar y de convivencia fácil y decidí introducirlo en mi “manada” (2 perros, 1 gato y Drupal). Como siempre en estos casos, la de adoptar un ciber-mascota, recurrí a unos profesionales, Forcontu, para que me aconsejaran sobre mi educación para entenderme con mi ciber-mascota Drupal ya que a las ciber-mascotas no se las educa, te educan ellas. Llegas a Drupal.org y descargas Drupal 7 en estado totalmente salvaje, como un troll, y según le vas añadiendo módulos vas viendo como crece y tienes que aprender que te esta queriendo decir y como va a reaccionar cuando le marcas “guardar”, que viene a ser como el “sentado” al perro. Y que alegría cuando el perro y Drupal obedecen!!!, la satisfacción de ver que por fin el usuario anónimo ha recibido el correo que llevas 4 horas luchando para que Drupal se lo envíe. ¿Y cuando consigues que la “vista tabla”, que llevas currandote todo el fin de semana funcione?. Eso no tiene precio!!! Durante este tiempo, en el que he dedicado a mi ciber-mascota Drupal 7 mis días y mis noches confieso, que al principio, hubo momentos en que me surgía la mala idea de abandonarla pero gracias al estimulo de mis ciber-tutores hemos continuado juntos. Las mascotas y ciber-mascotas tienen algo en común y es que les coges cariño, te acostumbras a convivir con ellas y una vez que las introduces en tu vida y ciber-vida ya no puedes abandonarlas. Mi ciber-mascota Drupal 7 continua creciendo y gracias a mis ciber-tutores de Forcontu (sin ellos no lo habría conseguido), la convivencia va siendo mas llevadera y aunque aun me queda mucho que aprender sobre Drupal 7, espero, como decía Humphrey Bogart en Casablanca, “que este sea el comienzo de una bonita amistad”.

Although my work experience gave me a solid foundation in several of the modules taught, others, such as the entity browser or working with Google maps in the geolocation module, were things I had never touched before. 30 Diciembre, 2025 Me alegro haberme animado a realizar esta formación, aunque por la experiencia laboral varios de los módulos impartidos ya tenia una base construida, otros como el entity browser o trabajar con mapas de google en el módulo de geolocalización era cosas que no había tocado. Entre otros como el módulo para crear foros, no sé si algún día tendré la oportunidad de ver un foro construido con drupal jaja, el módulo book o Superfish. 29 Diciembre, 2025 Buenas tardes, Ahora que he completado el cuso de Front End, puedo decir que el libro usado como guía para completar el curso sive de mucho para entender las actividades y poder desarrollarlas con éxito. La meodología me parece acertada porque tanto el tutor como los compañeros pueden, por medio del foro, hacer uso de su experiencia para poder ayudar a los demás.
